Community nurses

The district nursing team see patients who are housebound for a variety of reasons including leg ulcers, palliative care, post surgical care, medicine administration, catheter care and much more.  The service is run between 08:30 to 17:00, with an out-of-hours and night service also available.  The team also run a daily locality clinic at Loughborough Hospital for patients who are able to get out.
