From 7th of May, we will have a new and improved way of booking on the day appointments.
Once you get through to our reception team, you may be offered either a face-to-face appointment or a telephone consultation dependent on your clinical need.
Our reception team will assess and direct you to the most suitable clinician, please help them by giving as much information as possible.
Once our safe capacity limit for appointments is reached you may be directed to an alternative service.
Emergencies will either be directed to 111, the Urgent Treatment Centre or A&E as appropriate.
